The Nightcap Adventures of Mark Darwin Douglas: The Forest
"What is this place?" is all Mark Darwin uttered while trying to run away from the huge snail that was chasing him. As he reached the edge of the route he took, he then looked back to check if the snail was still after him. Relieved, he gave out a loud sigh. Unaware, something was behind him. Warm air is touching his neck.
He thought of facing the other side but at the last second, he chose to run towards the left. Running as fast as he can, he then took a quick peek at what was behind him, to his surprise, it was a huge beetle. Green with scary razor mouth that is almost biting his back. Until he sighted a cave just a few distances from where he was. Speedily, he rushed towards it and went on to the deepest of the Bhula Bhula cave. The beetle tried to follow but can no longer fit in the cave. It bumped its hugeness to the mouth of the cave which made it tremble and collapse. Mark Darwin celebrated shortly until he realised, he can't see anything but darkness.
Felt helpless to move freely, Mark Darwin tried to spread out his arms and moved it towards the front. Then he touched on something. It was sharp and something was breathing deeply.
